Refund policy
Overview
Try Organik Wellness & Co risk‑free. If you’re not delighted within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right with an exchange or refund. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
What’s covered
· First‑time purchases of each product within 30 days of delivery.
· “Change‑of‑mind” or “not delighted” within 30 days — lightly used is okay so you can properly try the product.
· Bundles/sets: return the full set for a full refund. Partial returns are refunded pro‑rata based on the discounted bundle price.
What’s not covered
· Gift cards, final‑sale items, gifts with purchase, and bulk/wholesale orders.
· Requests made after 30 days (unless required by the ACL).
How to claim
1. 1) Email hello@organikwellness.com.au with your order number and reason.
2. 2) We’ll reply with return or safe‑disposal guidance (for safety we don’t resell opened items).
3. 3) Once processed, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange — your choice.
Tip: Please keep your proof of purchase and original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Return shipping
· If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or you experienced an adverse skin reaction (proof required), we’ll cover return shipping.
· For “not delighted”/preference returns, standard return shipping applies.
Processing times
· Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item(s) or confirming safe disposal.
· Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
· Refunds are processed to the original payment method (note: some providers can’t refund to expired cards and will instead place funds into the linked account).
Faulty, defective or adverse reaction
If you believe a product is faulty or defective, or if you experience a reaction, please stop use and contact us at hello@organikwellness.com.au. We may request photos or brief medical documentation to help us assess the issue quickly. If a production fault is confirmed, we’ll replace or refund the product (same size and value as purchased) and cover any required return shipping.
Incorrect orders
If your order arrives with the wrong item(s), email us at hello@organikwellness.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll dispatch the correct item within 2 business days of receiving confirmation/return of the incorrect goods.
Changes or cancellations
We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible at hello@organikwellness.com.au with your order number. If the order has already entered dispatch, we may not be able to change or cancel it — in that case, please use the 30‑Day Happiness Guarantee above once it arrives.
Purchases from other retailers
For purchases made via retailers other than www.organikwellness.com.au, please contact the retailer directly for their returns process. We can only process returns for orders placed on our website.

Returns must include your order number and any return authorisation we issued. Parcels sent without the required authorisation may be refused for security reasons.
Fair use
We’re proud to offer a generous guarantee. To keep it fair for everyone, we may decline or limit returns in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., excessive or repeated claims).

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
