How long will it take for my order to be processed? 

You will receive a confirmation email from Organik Wellness & Co to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days. If you require urgent delivery, please let us know at hello@organikwellness.com.au *Please note: During sale and/or product launch periods customers may experience a slight delay in orders being dispatched.


I am having problems with my tracking number, what should I do?

In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient. However, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact our customer service team at hello@organikwellness.com.au

Organik Wellness & Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated, and Organik Wellness & Co cannot guarantee delivery dates.


If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave the package without a signature, the freight carrier will leave a card in your letterbox detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office or re-delivery.


If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your order number and we’ll investigate the matter immediately. Organik Wellness & Co is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer's or the freight carrier’s behalf.
